Any information collected from the form on the Apply page will be held in the strictest confidence, and will be used for internal purposes only. No email address will ever be disclosed. Only if you win, will your site's name, URL, screenshot and description be posted on this site.


Mailing List

The Railroad Award Sites mailing list collects and saves email addresses at a secure non-web location at smokin.kvrr.net. Email addresses will only be used for the purpose stated - to receive updates on the railroad-related awards list. At no time will an email address be sold, traded, shared or given away to any third party. A user may permanently remove his/her email from the list at any time.


Webmaster E-mail

Any email sent to this site will be considered private information and will only be used by the webmaster to correspond with the sender. Information will not be made public or shared with others unless the webmaster receives permission from the sender to do so.


COPPA

The Smokin' Award strives to comply with the terms of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act {COPPA} of 2000. We will not knowingly collect personal or identifiable information from users under the age of 13 years without parental or guardian permission.

The only information this cookie holds is whether or not you prefer to view the Smokin' Award in a framed environment. The program will frequently access this cookie to set the Smokin' Award accordingly. No other personal information of any kind is saved. The duration of the cookie is set for 2 years.


Statistic Reports

The Smokin' Award server collects non-personal information from users such as the host machines used to visit the site, the type of browsers being used and what pages were visited. This information is solely used to generate statistic reports in order for us to better serve you our visitor.
