Bob's Railroad Photos 12/28/06
Many interesting photographs await the railfan who visits Bob's website.
There's over 300 railway photos, mostly from the southeast of the United
States. Bob has a little something for everyone. I'm a steam fan and
there are several excellent photos that spike my interest, especially those
of neighborhood Strasburg. Some animated gif scenes, a video and a free
wallpaper of the month are thrown in for good measure.

Robert's Lionel Trains Layout 11/26/06
Some of you prototype modelers may scoff at this "toy" layout,
but think back to when you were a child... wouldn't this be your
dream layout? Robert's O-scale Lionel train set fills a 320 square
foot room. It includes a missile launcher, an exploding boxcar, a flying
airplane, a couple of operational lift bridges and many more accessories.
Relive your childhood fantasy by visiting this website. Oh, and be sure
to view the video of the "ducking" giraffes!

Wilmington & Western Railroad 11/12/06
Climb aboard the Wilmington & Western, Delaware's oldest
steam tourist railroad, for fun & exciting adventures..." So
begins the journey through this delightful website. The
design is top-notch, and the navigation intuitive. Want to
have dinner on a train or celebrate a birthday in a caboose? Perhaps
you would rather read about restoring locomotive No.98 or
the rebuilding efforts after a flood destroyed much of
the railroad. All of this and more awaits you at wwrr.com.

Model Railroading by Bill Parisi 9/28/06
Bill Parisi has crammed a lot of hi-rail O-scale railroading in
his 12-by-23-foot basement. Called the Island Valley, the
model railroad is set in the modern era, but still runs diesels
from the 50's. From his layout photo section (with an impressive
slide show feature) it appears that all is needed is scenery to
make the Island Valley complete. Equally interesting are
the many photographs from Bill's railfan trips and model railroads
that he's visited.

Great Western (SVR) Association 3/12/06
The Great Western (SVR) Association is dedicated to preserving
and restoring rolling stock, particularly carriages, from the Great
Western Railway in the UK. The list of carriages this association has
preserved is quite lengthy. Be sure to view the News page, as this is
where the majority of the links to the site reside. There's a wealth of
information here and it's fun to find and view the content along with
the many exceptional photographs.

LocoScene 3/7/06
LocoScene is an innovative website for train spotters in the UK.
It is a place to record your spotting sessions and to read sessions by other
spotters, allowing the tracking of individual locomotive movements across the
country. A fast search routine will find a particular locomotive quickly.
Photos, location reviews, blogs and an active forum are also on the website.
You will need to register to record a session, but the service is free
for light users.

Ciosbahn 1/2/06
This N scale model railway website is based on a fictional Swiss railway called
Ciosbahn that runs from the fictional Swiss city of Cioppensburg. The
majority of the site contains photos and descriptions of the vast collection
of interesting rolling stock that runs on the layout. In particular, several
Japanese bullet trains that this Swiss railway has "acquired." The site also
has a high-rez photo gallery of real trains and sponsors the CSB awards program.
